Returns & Exchanges

At JOLLY CANNABIS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
